Meet Eric Ross, our CRM Developer. As the CRM Developer, it’s Eric’s responsibility to develop, maintain, test, and update DDI’s new software. Ever since Eric joined the DDI team in September of 2018, he has done amazing work.
How Eric Joined DDI
Shortly after Eric graduated school in 2018, Eric found DDI through LinkedIn. We’re thankful that Eric found DDI at just the right time.
Favorite Part about DDI
Eric’s favorite parts about working at DDI are the challenges that arise from developing software. From Eric’s perspective, every problem he faces in his role is a new learning opportunity.
Greatest Accomplishment at DDI So Far
While Eric is well-accomplished at DDI, his greatest accomplishment so far was moving from the support team to the development team. We were very excited to bring Eric onto the development team, and we knew that he would do a great job.
Likes
Eric enjoys being outside doing activities like rock-climbing, hiking, and target practice. When Eric is not enjoying the great outdoors, he enjoys doing logic problems, puzzles, and riddles.
Dislikes
Eric dislikes not being able to solve a problem, which makes him a perfect fit for the development team where his role is to make sure that the software works properly.
Inspiration

For Eric, as a person that loves to solve problems, this quote reminds him that each attempt at solving a problem is not a failure but a step that gets him closer to discovering the solution.
