DDI Welcomes our New Team Member
At DDI, it is very exciting to see our team grow and to see new members become part of our close-knit team. Since we are passionate about bringing Client Delight to every client, we are thankful to welcome a new member onto our client support team – Sharalyn Cheney.
Sharalyn Cheney
Earlier this year, we welcomed Sharalyn to the DDI team as our new Client Support Analyst. She is excited to be joining the support team at DDI, and we are grateful to have her! Sharalyn has over 5 years of experience working in customer support for fundraising software. Additionally, she has over ten years of experience in customer service.
Regarding her personal life, Sharalyn enjoys her day-to-day life living in Tipton County. There, she loves spending time with her husband of ten years, Jay, and their two children, Jay and Mikayla. Not only is her house filled with love and laughter with her two children and husband, but her house runs wild with their fur babies. Sharalyn’s pets – which include three dogs, five cats, and two guinea pigs – keep her house running wild with joy!
