There’s no better way to celebrate 50 years of DDI than by celebrating it with our community! Last month, we hosted the DDI Half Century User Group Meeting. With this year’s User Group taking place during our 50th anniversary, it was truly a User Group to remember.
Back Together
This year, we were so thankful to be back in person! Last year, during the lockdown, we were happy to host a Virtual DDI User Group, but nothing can replace the fellowship of being together.
DDI User Group Meeting is an important event for our clients. This year, we presented many opportunities to engage and discuss the challenges our ministries face, and ultimately help DDI produce solutions that solve those hurdles.
New to User Group
Along with our Half Century User Group Meeting came many “firsts”. For the first time ever, we offered a virtual User Group experience for those that could not attend in person. Between our in-person User Group attendees and our virtual attendees, we had the largest User Group Meeting attendance ever! Despite a few hiccups, we look forward to expanding and improving virtual options for future User Group Meetings.
Our virtual User Group experience wasn’t the only new thing this year. This year, we had several first-time User Group attendees join in the fun. We loved the opportunity to introduce the DDI staff to the first-timers.
DDI-Connect™ Innovation
The DDI-Connect™ product is always evolving and getting better! At User Group, we shared all the new features and options that DDI-Connect™ offers to make ministries more streamlined. These features include a new online and mobile site that offers mobile deposit, full transaction capabilities, and other online banking experiences.
Additionally, we unveiled the next generation of DDI-Connect™! The next generation of DDI-Connect™ has the full church extension fund programs included. Even better, it has gone live with some of the biggest church extension funds in the USA. We are thrilled to offer this platform to any CEF that wants to join the DDI Community. Half Century Celebration Success
As we reflect on DDI Half Century User Group, we’re filled with joy and satisfaction with how it went. After a long year apart, the time spent with our clients felt like a breath of fresh air, and there’s no one with whom we’d rather celebrate our 50th anniversary. Now, we can’t wait to see everyone again next year, and thank you to everyone who helped make our Half Century User Group a success!
