At DDI, as we partner alongside nonprofit mission-focused organizations to serve their financial needs, caring for our clients is a top priority. We’re so thankful for each member of the DDI team who helps us serve our clients well. We love to recognize them and share things that make each member unique.

Kyle Bieda

Meet Kyle Bieda, who was recently promoted to Client Support Manager. Kyle is responsible for all things related to client delight. He works hard to make sure that each client utilizes everything that DDI has to offer – especially DDI-Connect™.

How Kyle Joined DDI

For ten years, Kyle served in the Indianapolis Public Schools as a band director. While Kyle loved his time in IPS serving some of the most disenfranchised children in Indianapolis, he wanted a change of pace. After he left teaching, he went for the business world and found his place at DDI!

Favorite Part about DDI

One of Kyle’s favorite parts about DDI is having the opportunity to visit his clients and get to know them better. On those trips, he loves using his teaching background to help clients better understand DDI-Connect™.

Greatest Accomplishment at DDI So Far

While Kyle has accomplished many things at DDI so far, his greatest achievement is all the new clients he’s had the pleasure of bringing to the DDI-Connect™ software and community. According to Kyle, “It was a lot of work but also a rewarding experience getting to walk all of those organizations across the finish line.”

Likes

Some of the things that Kyle likes include Apple computers, listening to music, watching Cubs games, all things Butler University (Go Dawgs!), and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Dislikes

A few things that Kyle dislikes include the St. Louis Cardinals, mustard, getting up early, and like many of us (we hope!), cancer.

Inspiration

At DDI, a well-known tagline says, “We serve those who serve others.” For Kyle, this tagline drives him and his team to do their best work for every client. As Kyle says, “I like to think we are the back office for a bunch of great organizations doing the hard work out in the mission field.”

Since Kyle joined the team, he has set an excellent example of how to care for our clients well. We are thankful to have him at DDI!
