DDI is Growing
Our team is growing! Our client needs and services are always being reviewed and consequently updated to ensure the best possible for our clients. We welcomed two new team members, Mike and Ashley, to the DDI team last month!
Mike Valentine
Before joining DDI, Mike spent several years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner organizations as a senior solution architect. He worked with customers to redesign and reimagine business processes in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Preceding his consulting work, Mike spent most of his career in IT leadership in several industries. He brings an understanding of successful technology business solutions to help DDI clients improve efficiency and improve client service. Mike lives in the Northeast Ohio area.
In his role as Senior Enterprise Software Architect at DDI, Mike is in charge of the team responsible for the development and technical roadmap of the Next Generation of the DDI-Connect™ product. Mike will ensure that the solution meets and exceeds our client expectations and help clients fully leverage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Ashley Walters
Prior to joining DDI, Ashley served as the Global Digital and Customer Experience Manager for Front Office Delivery at Allegion, PLC. She also held roles as both a Program and Project Manager for multiple delivery efforts while at Allegion. One of those roles included a major Dynamics CRM implementation. Ashley also worked as a Reporting Administrator for Community Health Network. She started her career as an IT Analyst and found her love for project management at Eli Lilly and Company. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
In her new role, Ashley will join the team responsible for the delivery of the Next Generation of DDI-Connect™ product. Ashley will also work closely with our DDI community partners, driving the creation, execution, and delivery of the NextGen product and the roadmap of the NextGen solution.
