At DDI, we focus on the positive. For each team member, life looks a little different than it did two months prior. Regardless of the change, things at DDI continue to flow smoothly. Each member of the team is working hard, and as a team, we have plenty of good news to share.

Now, since our team is working remotely, we are thankful that the DDI team is equipped to work remotely. At DDI, we know the importance of keeping in close contact with each other while we work remotely. That’s why we have regular meetings to make sure that everyone on the team, and our clients, are doing well.

Not only is the DDI team equipped to work remotely, but so are our clients. Thankfully, our cloud-based solution DDI-Connect™ gives clients access to their CRM, accounting, financial, and e-Service needs wherever they go. We are thankful that our cloud-based solution can meet our clients’ needs!

DILA Community Meeting

DDI has been a proud member of the DILA (Denominational Investors & Loan Administrators) community for over 15 years. Late in March, over 100 DILA members joined a virtual meeting. In the meeting, the DILA community discussed new and creative ways to help the churches they serve. At DDI, we’re honored to be part of a community that puts the needs of churches first.

“Water Cooler” Meeting

Even while we work remotely, the DDI team makes time to set work aside and catch up on our lives. Earlier this month, the DDI team held our “Water Cooler” meeting to celebrate Jay Nightenhelser‘s birthday with a Sombrero theme! It was fun to see the team in everyone’s best—and largest—Sombreros.

Moving Forward

Moving forward, though the future is unknown, we’re thankful for the many blessings we have at DDI. Going forward, we’ll continue to find new ways to stay positive and serve our clients well!
