At DDI, each member of the team serves a specific purpose to help us deliver Client Delight to each of our clients. Each month, we highlight one of our team members to recognize they serve both the DDI team and our clients. This month, we are thrilled to highlight Regina Coleman.
Meet Regina Coleman, our Office Manager. As the Office Manager, Regina is responsible for keeping the office running by handling A/P, A/R, and other office functions such as keeping the office supplied with candy!
How Regina Joined DDI
Four years ago, Regina joined the DDI team as a customer support representative. While Regina enjoys her current role on the team, she greatly enjoyed customer service and working with clients on a daily basis.
Favorite Part about DDI
There are many parts about DDI that Regina loves. However, her favorite parts about DDI are that she gets to be a part-time employee with a very flexible schedule!
Greatest Accomplishment at DDI So Far
In August of 2019, DDI moved to Carmel! For Regina, one of her greatest accomplishments at DDI so far was coordinating much of the move. She did an outstanding job of keeping everyone organized!
Likes
Regina enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, eating chocolate, Pilates, volunteering at a local food pantry, and much more!
Dislikes
While there aren’t many things that Regina dislikes, she greatly dislikes the cold weather.
Inspiration

This Philosophy is one that Regina not only chooses to live by but has also instilled in each of her children.
Regina is an incredible member of the team. If it weren’t for all she does as Office Manager, who knows where the team would be! We’re so thankful to have Regina.
